After their time at Longdean, our students go on to further study, training, work and some decide to take a gap year. Of our sixth-form students, 98% go into employment, training or university. Each year around 25% of our students get offers from top universities including Russell Group and Oxbridge.

In 2019, of our students who completed Key Stage 4, 95% stayed in education and employment for at least two terms, as compared with 96% in the local authority and 94% in England. For more details, visit's school comparison site.

2020/21 was also a very successful year for Longdean sixth-formers, with two heading to Cambridge University, four going on to study medicine and 22 going to Russell Group universities. All of our 2020/21 A-level students went on to university or to find a job.
