It has taken nearly a year to get redundan PCs, Monitors, keyboards, mice as well as a pallet of text books from various subjects to get to our partner school in Ghana.
Longdean has had a relationship with the Fast Track School and students have visited and worked with them previously. Following the last visit, the Fats Track School was able to install a much needed water tank.
Longdean was going through an upgrade of IT equipment and decided to donate the old 'superceeded' equipment to the school through a charity that wipes the machines and reinstalls licensed software. This donnation further supports the schools ecological objectives as the equipment will continue in use for several years.
